1) Do you repair Minitor III's 3's ?  Motorola has told us they don't repair them any more.

    A) Yes, we repair the III's (3's) as well as the 2's 4's and 5's (II's, IV's, V's).  We have channels where we can get new parts as well as used parts.  Our repairs go
down to component level where these components can be purchased through electronic suppliers.  As for case parts we use new case parts when needed.


2) What is your turn around time?

    A) For a repair it runs from 3 days to 3 weeks depending on backlog.  Call if you need to know the current turn around time.  For Minitor II frequency changes where we need to order a crystal, 3 to 4 weeks.


3) Do you repair most pagers under the Flat Rate?

    A) About 98% of our repairs are done under the Flat Rate.  Case parts are extra.


4) Do you have Minitor IV backs?

    A) We have new Minitor IV backs for repairs only.   We do have new case parts for Minitor II's and III's that we sell separately and with repairs.


5) On the invoice/receipt what is '5pt. Maintenance'?

    A) All pagers undergo our 5 point maintenance program which is basically preventative maintenance we do on 5 items of the pagers that tend to be a problem at some point.  This makes your pager more dependable by addressing these potential problems that come with age, before they become a problem.


6) Do you do warranty work for Motorola?

    A) If your pager is under warranty, you need to send it to Motorola for
warranty work.


7) We are very pleased with your repair service, do you repair radios also?

    A) At this time we only repair Motorola Minitor pagers.  But stay tuned.
